I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. I bought a record stand from this company, and the timber base arrived warped and uneven, meaning it doesn’t sit flat and is completely unstable. As a result, the stand is not fit for use at all.
This is clearly a manufacturing defect, not something that happened after delivery. The issue was obvious the moment I placed it on a flat surface, and the item has been well cared for.
What’s most frustrating is that I’ve reached out to their team multiple times via email and have received no meaningful response. Poor quality control combined with poor customer service makes this a very disappointing experience. I expected far better for the price and would not recommend purchasing from them based on my experience.
Update... the team at vinyl nerd reach out and have resolved the issue, and is replacing the faulty unit
